Womens (only) Cardio Boxing (no contact)
This class is designed for women only. This class offers to women what no other gym around does-a class especially designed for you. You will not feel intimidated to come into this class and you will receive first class instruction. This Cardio Boxing class is a awesome! You will learn a martial art and get your heart rate up at the same time. If you are looking for a fun and exciting workout, then this class is perfect for you!
Cardio Boxing (no contact) (No Boxing experience required)
Our Cardio Boxing will give you an ultimate workout! This class is designed to keep your body moving for a whole 12 rounds of non stop fun. There is no sparring in this class, so you do not have to worry about getting hit. This is strictly a cardio boxing class.
Boxing 101 (no contact) (No Boxing experience required)
You will learn the fundamentals of Boxing. This Boxing 101 is a beginner class. This class is designed for our new members that are looking to learn the art of Boxing in a technique driven environment. This Boxing 101 class is for members that have never taken a Boxing class and/or for our members that are doing a refresher class.
Boxing (Boxing experience is required) (To enter this class you must have participated in Boxing 101)
We will teach you the fundamentals of boxing. You will learn to love defense! You will love our punch combinations! This class is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated. If you are looking to compete or just stay in shape, then this class is perfect for you. You will learn how to box and you will get in shape at the same time. Have you ever seen an out of shape professional boxer?
Kickboxing/Muay Thai (Belt system)
You will learn the art of striking with eight limbs. Our training combines strikes with your hands, elbows, knees, and legs. This class is designed to teach you the true art of Muay Thai. You are guaranteed a total body workout. You will have the opportunity to become belted through our Muay Thai belt system.
Mixed Martial Arts
This class is designed to teach you various martial arts ranging from Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Members that take this class range from wanting a great workout, learning new skills, to competitors. This class class does not include sparring! In this class you learn the techniques that are used in the Ultimate Fighting Championship TM, World Extreme Cage Fighting, Pride, King of the Cage, and Rumble on the Rock. This class goes over fundamentals and techniques.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (No-gi)
We teach a no-gi BJJ. It is designed for self-defense and for our MMA competitors. We test our BJJ by entering grappling tournaments and we win!
Fitness Conditioning
You will receive our out of this world conditioning in every class we offer at our gym. You will get in shape, sculpted, and well prepared for your competition.
Fight Team (Invite only) (Full contact)
This class is designed for our members that compete in Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, and Grappling competitions. You do not join this class, you earn it! This class is designed for the members that represent Zamora Boxing Gym & Warrior Mixed Martial Arts in competitions. This class is a full contact class! Sparring takes place in this class.
